Wednesday

Suprisingly enough, we again were happy to get back to work again today. We came in and without any questions or orders started to do the tasks which we noticed needed to be done. By now we understand how things work around the restaurant and do what is expected of us. We haven't had a very busy day today because the weather was a little grey. Even though we mostly do the same things every day, each day is very different from the last one. We get other new jobs that need to be done and we manage them perfectly because there's no pressure or tension, we just do our best and that is good enough which makes working here so nice :-)
We feel part of the group now and aren't afraid to make small talk. I've also been told that Susan and the other ladies were very pleased with our work, that was great to hear. The internship is just so much better than I could have wished for. Everyone is friendly, kind and caring. I get to really learn how to work and to build my confidence. I also love that we get to interact with the costumers at the restaurant.
At the end of the day it got pretty quiet, so we didn't have a lot to do except for dishes but we found little tasks that we could do like clean the sink, the dishwasher and anything that could use a little cleaning really. I tidy the place when needed.
I got to take some golfmagazines for my dad as they were going to be thrown out.

I'm excited to get back to work tomorrow and I'm actually quite sad that this'll be my second last day.
